Terms of Service

By placing an order with The Monty Collection, you agree that the photos, names, and instructions you submit are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You grant us permission to use those materials solely to create, proof, produce, and fulfill your personalized order.

Each artwork piece is individually created from customer-provided photos. Artistic interpretation is part of the process; final artwork will be based on the approved proof. You are responsible for reviewing your proof for spelling, pet details, selected size, and layout before approval.

Prices, product availability, and production timelines may change without notice. We may cancel or decline an order if information is incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If we cancel an order before production, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund.

All content on this website—including artwork, photographs, logos, text, and designs—is owned by or licensed to The Monty Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Monty Collection is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
