How the process works
Choose an artwork style and canvas size, upload clear pet photos, and share any important details. We create a proof for your approval before printing. Visit our How It Works page for the complete step-by-step process.

Refunds and cancellations
Custom pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind once production starts. You can cancel before production begins. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping
Proofs are typically sent within 3–5 business days. After approval, production generally takes 2–5 business days, followed by carrier transit time. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Damaged products and replacements
If your canvas arrives damaged, has a print defect, or differs materially from your approved proof, contact hello@themontycollection.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, damaged area, and packaging. If verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
