Shipping & Production

Every Monty Collection canvas is made to order. After you place your order, we create a personalized proof using your submitted pet photos. Production begins after your proof is approved.

Proofs are typically sent within 3–5 business days after we receive clear photos and order details. Please review your proof promptly. We may contact you if we need a clearer reference image or additional information.

Once approved, production generally takes 2–5 business days. Shipping transit time varies by destination and carrier; most U.S. orders arrive approximately 3–10 business days after production. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, address errors, or events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before approving your proof.
